I’m pissed because you could smell this from a mile off but unfortunately impressionable young kids will not understand that it was all fake and hence the SANCTITY of marriage will slowly be destroyed. Not to talk of encouraging this instant gratification ‘MTV’ kids of today expect in life. SMH! I fit whip that Kardashian girl eh! Nonsense.

Socialite and reality TV star Kim Kardashian got married last saturday to basketball player Kris Humphries. The wedding reportedly cost a whopping $29 million and was paid for by the different sponsors and endorsement deals she got.
Gotta admit she does make a beautiful bride.

According to People.com, on May 18th, New Jersey Nets basketball player Kris Humphries went down on one knee and proposed to his girlfriend of 6 months… Socialite (for lack of a better description) Kim Kardashian.
Kim walked into her bedroom to find her boyfriend on one knee in their bedroom with four words written in rose petals “Will you Marry Me?”
It will be the second marriage for Kim Kardashian (30) and the first for Kris Humphries (26).
MY TAKE
Call me cynical but I smell reality ratings but if it is true… I pray it lasts. However if I see a spin-off show ‘Kim gets married’, I go bow!

Grammy award singer and new mom, Alicia Keys came up with an interesting concept to raise money for AIDS research through the “Keep A Child Alive” foundation’. The concept involved Alicia Keys and a host of her celebrity chums suffering a ‘digital death’, what that means is,on November 30th 2010, they all greed to log off their twitter, facebook and other social networking sites accounts until they raise $1 million dollars.
The other celebrities involved include; Swizz Beatz, Usher, Kim Kardashian, Serena Williams, P. Diddy, Justin Timberlake, Elijah Woods and a few more.
